Question 1
Do you sell products other than those on the website?
Yes. We stock a comprehensive range of baby products and the website is a small sample of everything in our stores. We also have a selection of quality educational toys, baby wear, layette, manchester and baby safety equipment.

Question 2
What pram/pusher do you recommend?
For a smoother ride for you and your baby, choose a pram with a large wheel base. You could also select a compact pram that is lighter and easier to manoeuvre. Before making your purchase, ensure the pram fits neatly in your car by measuring your boot and the pram. We will be happy to help you make these measurements for you. Do all your cots meet the Australian Safety standards?
Yes.

Question 4
At what age can a baby sleep in a cot?
Most cots include an adjustable base, which means you can safely place your baby in the cot at any stage.

Do you sell second hand prams or furniture?
No

Question 6
Is it OK to use older cradles?
Be wary of second hand or hand me down cradles. Old style cradles rarely conform to current Australian standards.

Is there a toddler seat for my pram?
Many prams have the option of a toddler seat. Before making your purchase, check to find out if a toddler seat is available for the pram or three wheeler you want.

How is Shipping organised ?
We primarily use Australia Post for shipping and post every second business day, as we use registered post, it is not possible to post to Post Office Boxes as a signature is required. The Delivery times are those of Australia Post.

How Long will delivery take ?
At Glenhuntly Baby Carriages we use Australia Post, and have included a postage estimator which is available immediately when you add an item to the shopping cart, simply input in your postcode and you will get a cost estimate and delivery time estimate.

Question 11
We have a Car Seat which is over 10 years old, is it ok to use?
Australian laws prohibit the use of car seats over 10 years, and in some cases councils have law prohibiting putting old carseats out on the nature strip. A Car Seat 10 years old will not meed the Australian Standards

Which credit Cards do you accept ?
We accept Visa and Mastercard, We do not accept American Express or Diners.

Do you offer Refunds ?

Do you Offer LAYBY ?
Yes we do offer layby, please call our store directly on .(03) 9563 5888, to organise your Layby.
At present it is not possible to offer layby online, but the feature will be available soon..

Question 15
Are Specials Valid for the whole month ?
No, Specials are limited by  stock availability, unless otherwise stated. When stock is sold out then our normal store price will apply when restocked. Specials could be due to end of line clearance or a special promotion (limited by stock / time)

I am not comfortable using internet to order, can I order over the phone ?
YES, you can order over the phone, or even come into our Glenhuntly Store and pay directly, Call us to discuss your other shopping needs as we have a larger variety in store than online.
